Dispatched
You receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is handed to the courier.
Delivered
Your order arrives at your doorstep within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received a tracking number. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received it, contact us with your Order ID.
My tracking shows no updates. Is my order stuck?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch. If there are no updates after 48 hours, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate immediately.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@gharsajao.in if you need to update your address.
