Ghar Sajao – Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Ghar Sajao, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium home decor products and fragile resin statues. To ensure a fair marketplace and protect our business operations from fraudulent claims and logistics liabilities, we strictly enforce the following Return and Refund Policy. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms in full.
1. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL)

Since home decor items and resin statues are highly fragile, no claims for damages, breakage, missing items, or wrong products will be entertained without a valid, unedited Unboxing Video.

Rules for the video: The customer must record a continuous, single-take, unedited video starting from showing the completely sealed outer box (including the shipping courier label) until the item is fully unpacked and inspected.

Any damage or shortage claim must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with this video. If the video is edited, paused, or cut, the claim will be rejected instantly.
2. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window

Return or replacement requests must be raised within exactly 7 calendar days from the date of successful delivery, as tracked by our courier partner.

Any requests submitted after the 7-day period expires will be automatically declined with no exceptions.
3. Strict Product Eligibility Criteria
To prevent operational losses on opened or used merchandise, returned items will only be accepted if they meet the following absolute conditions:

The item must be completely unused, unaltered, uncleaned, and uninstalled.

The item must be returned in its original brand packaging along with all original inner protective foam, bubble wraps, boxes, price tags, and the original invoice.

If the item shows any signs of usage, scratches, chips, stains, or modifications while in the customer's possession, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable to safeguard our operational margins:

Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, BOGO offers, or using special festive discount codes.

Custom-made, personalized, or custom-painted home decor items.

Items damaged due to improper handling, accidental dropping, or assembly errors committed by the customer.
5. Return Logistics & Reverse Shipping Fee

In Case of "Change of Mind" or Personal Preference: If a customer wishes to return an item simply because they changed their mind or disliked the aesthetics (even though the product matches the website description perfectly), the customer is responsible for a flat Reverse Logistics & Handling Fee (which will be deducted from the final refund amount) to cover our two-way courier losses.

Safe Packaging Responsibility: It is the customer's absolute responsibility to repack the item securely in all its original protective layers. If the item gets broken or damaged during reverse transit due to poor or inadequate packaging by the customer, zero refund will be provided.
6. Refund Process and Verification

All returned items undergo a rigorous physical quality check at our warehouse by our quality assurance team.

If the item passes inspection and is found in resaleable condition, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited directly to the original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will only be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI ID provided securely by the customer. Please note that the original COD collection charges applied by the courier at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
