  • We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and images of our premium resin statues and home decor items as accurately as possible on our store.

  • However, because our items are uniquely crafted and studio lighting/monitor displays vary, the final product may feature slight differences in color depth, texture, or hand-painted details. We do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other content are entirely error-free, complete, or perfectly identical to the display sample.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO DISCONTINUE AND PRICES

  • Prices for our home decor products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or product category thereof) without notice at any time.

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any item.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. FRAUD PREVENTION & LOGISTICS LIMITATION

  • Our liability for items damaged during transit is strictly limited to the conditions set forth in our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy (which stringently requires a mandatory, unedited continuous unboxing video).

  • In no event shall Ghar Sajao, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the handling, transit delays by third-party shipping partners, or usage of products purchased from our store.

6. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

  • If you send us specific submissions (such as product reviews, text testimonials, or social media tags) or unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or plans, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use these materials across our digital and marketing channels. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.
